The con­struc­tion of a new five bed­room dwelling locat­ed on an aban­doned farm­stead out­side Oyne in rur­al Aberdeenshire. 

Crom­bie were appoint­ed to co-man­age the self build, as well as the com­plete car­pen­try and join­ery pack­ages. The exter­nal and inter­nal fin­ish­ings are of high qual­i­ty, with mate­ri­als includ­ing Protan sin­gle ply roof and Siber­ian larch cladding. Inter­nal­ly, works includ­ed a bespoke fin­ished kitchen and birch ply fit­ted furniture.
