Crom­bie were the main con­trac­tor for the con­struc­tion of this bespoke, ener­gy effi­cient two bed­room dwelling locat­ed in the Cairn­gorms Nation­al Park.

The con­struc­tion of the build­ing achieves a high lev­el of air tight­ness – the instal­la­tion of a mechan­i­cal ven­ti­la­tion and heat recov­ery sys­tem and large expans­es of south fac­ing glaz­ing results in an effi­cient, pleas­ant dwelling with low run­ning costs. Works also involved inter­nal fit­ting out includ­ing bespoke birch ply furniture.
