Crom­bie were appoint­ed as the main con­trac­tor for the con­struc­tion of this unique, three bed­room dwelling locat­ed in the Cairn­gorms Nation­al Park. 

The build reflects a high lev­el of qual­i­ty in the con­struc­tion and fin­ish­ing, with mate­ri­als includ­ing Icynene spray foam insu­la­tion, a turf fin­ished roof, Siber­ian larch cladding and Corten steel. Inter­nal­ly, works include pol­ished con­crete floors and fea­ture wall, bespoke birch ply kitchen and fit­ted furniture.
