The restoration of a Grade C listed, mid 19th century historic fisherman’s cottage in the scenic conservation village of Sandend. The property is a two bedroom, traditional two-up-two-down dwelling.

Our client appointed us to carry out the works, which involved careful internal restorations, exposing original woodwork features and opening up original fireplaces. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed, all in keeping with the traditional nature of the property. Internal insulation works, a dormer reconstruction and reinstatement of original timber shutters were also carried out.
